1 Day Overview of Performance Consulting
Available as public or in-house workshop
Answers the “What is it?” questions

- Is it right for me?
- Is it right for my organization
6 Day Intensive Workshop Retreat
- Available as public or in-house workshop
- Includes accommodation, lunches, wellness activity
- In-depth, case study education and training to kick start performance
consultants
- 8 - 12 participants
- Optional follow-up coaching is available
6-month Project-based Internship
- 6 days of training spaced approximately
one month apart
- First session is 2 day foundation building
- Learning is application based
- Each participant must have a client and a project
- Project-based, individual coaching between training sessions and
for 2 months
after the final session
- 6 - 10 participants
- Available as in-house program for HR/OE/Training departments transitioning
to performance consulting
Coaching for Performance Consultants
- Participants must have a current performance
consulting project
- Minimum 4 month commitment
- 4 one hour sessions per month – combination of document
review and telephone coaching
- Timing and spacing of sessions is flexible depending on need
